I haven’t been on socials for four months. Both to do a digital detox and to remind myself once again what life is like without social media. I missed being in the moment without playing with my phone while on public transportation or waiting for someone, and just enjoying the moment with no intention to give a message to my followers, my students, my clients…

Enjoying the endless joy of just being.

And to break my four-month silence, as a Leo woman, I can’t think of a better day than a new moon in Leo! (Also on this special day, the energy of the 8/8 Lion’s Gate portal -the Sun and the star Sirius alignment- peaks!)

Today is a great day to present new intentions and set new goals for ourselves! While the fire element has taken over the whole world with all its dominance, while struggling with wildfires in various parts of the world, it is now in our hands to sprinkle some water on this fire with the energy of the new moon.

But first, it is necessary to honor all the elements properly and learn to look at each destruction with constructive eyes. The Leo archetype is a perfect example of this. Leo uses the fire element for transformation, to shine brightly, and illuminate its surroundings. Because, as long as the fire element works in a balanced way, it transforms the clogged aspects into new ways, ideas, and ties that work better, smoother. Today, as the moon (that is the water element) conjoins with Leo (with the fire element), the feminine energy actually gives us a wonderful opportunity to sprinkle some water on the areas where the masculine energy is imbalanced, and to invite the fire element to flow constructively.

We can see balance in the outer world only if we balance the masculine (fire) and feminine (water) within ourselves. As within, so without! What we are today is what we will experience tomorrow. And this is the perfect time to reassess where we get imbalanced and invite ourselves to come back to our center.

And also today, Sirius is making love with the Sun, wise-light-beings of Sirius support us endlessly so that we can shine at our highest potential. Let’s use this energy all together to set intentions for the balance of the collective. Sitting for 5 minutes a day and visualizing the rain pouring on the wildfires would be the greatest service we can offer to the world right now. Visualizing ourselves planting new saplings in the forests that turned into ashes is the biggest investment we can make for our future.

After all, the Leo energy asks you to share all your glory with the human family. Because there is no one like you in this universe, why would you hide your colors when you can make our family even richer?
