Would you like to get out of this loop and learn what a healthy relationship looks like and how to create it?

We all grow and evolve through relationships. As humans, we’re hardwired to be social and interdependent. All of us have deep emotional needs, and it is totally fine. It’s a big part of being human.

We all need to be seen, heard, and accepted as we are.
We all need to belong. This is in our nature.

However, in time, the mind evolved to such complexity that as a result, we have forgotten our true nature, and our primal need to connect with others. As intellect took over, we became more and more rational and disassociated. And eventually, we became strangers to our emotions. Most of us do not know how to process and express emotions in healthy ways. Therefore we find ourselves in unhealthy relationship dynamics, unsatisfied and settled.

Relationships don’t have to be hard. You can create simple, honest, joyful, and peaceful relationships! Yet, it requires hard work. It requires constant awareness, attention, and care. It requires open communication and the art of listening: curiously listening to hear and understand without taking it personally. To build healthy and satisfying relationships, it’s essential for us to understand the behavior of our minds and our relationship patterns, then adjust them according to our personal needs.

In this 1,5 hour course, you’re going to learn:

  • How the mind works,
  • How we perceive the physical reality and operate in it,
  • How we attract our romantic partners,
  • How we attach emotionally to another,
  • What a conscious relationship looks like,
  • Mindful and open communication during conflicts,
  • How to change our relationship patterns consciously to have simple and satisfying relationships, full of joy and harmony.

We’re just walking each other home.
