It’s Integrity Babez!

Speaking your truth is your responsibility for your own well-being and mental health. Do not shrink to comfort others. Always choose yourself and honor your truth. Regardless of how it’s perceived.

Whatever you say; people can only see what their minds are programmed to perceive. People can only hear the stories of their own minds.

This is human nature, and there is nothing wrong with that.

We all perceive this life through our subjective lenses since everything encoded in our subconscious directly affects how we perceive people, events, and situations.

Speaking your truth always runs the risk of offending someone else. And that is not your problem.

7 billion different realities are happening at the same time on Earth right now.

So don’t worry about being misunderstood, judged or persecuted.

As long as you know your heart and intentions are pure, confidently share your truth and let people see what they want to see.

Holding your truth back to not hurt others is self-betrayal, my friends. Not speaking your truth to be liked is self-betrayal.

Yes, some people are not gonna like what you have to say. Some people are gonna get triggered.

    Don’t defend yourself.
    Don’t explain yourself.
Don’t force your truth to be heard.

Because everybody should own their perceptions and triggers instead of pointing fingers at others.

If they can’t, then it’s a sign for you to move on.

Being disliked for speaking your truth is always better than being liked for something that doesn’t align with you.

Try to be the real you and accept yourself for everything that you are rather than trying to be liked and accepted for someone that you are not.

And trust me, as you choose to be completely yourself and stay true to your values, you will begin to attract like-minded people who can see, hear, and accept you effortlessly.
