Collective Energy Update

Ever since the solar storms started (mid-March) we’ve been exposed to an immense amount of cosmic waves which causes us to feel intense. In addition to this, after the Neptune & Jupiter conjunction (mid-April) all illusions (collective and personal) are revealed and released. Did y’all feel the slap of the truth? 😅

This is the end of the last 13 years of karma, my friends. Please pay attention to the patterns and signs. What keeps repeating in your life? What doesn’t work for you anymore? Where do you compromise your truth? The new chapter is here, if we are willing to leave those behind..

My life has been shifting drastically since March. The whole winter, I’ve been feeling uncertain, anxious, and clouded.. And now clarity is here, yet with clarity comes change. Clarity demands that we take action and be accountable towards the path given. And now I’m welcoming this change and walking to the unknown with grace. In the last couple of months, I’ve had many sleepless nights, lost my appetite (lost 15lbs without even trying), ended my relationship, moved to a new city, and had to start all over again.

And yes.. Life can be overwhelming sometimes because it constantly changes. It also forces us to change, grow, evolve, and better ourselves. But isn’t it the beauty of life?! Ever-changing, full of surprises, ups and downs, cycles and seasons…

So how can we stay centered and in peace when things get hard?

My answer is gratitude.

Finding something simple to thank for each day.

My health, my body, my breath, the roof above my head, the earth beneath my feet, the love that I have, the love that I receive.. Finding beauty even in my suffering, knowing that I’m growing.. Finding beauty even in my fear, knowing that true strength is feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

It’s time to face and let go of what has been holding us back from our greatness. Allow yourself to feel it all to the fullest. Allow all that life brings to pass through you, knowing that all is happening FOR you.

And a kindly reminder: Letting go of people, places, and situations that don’t align with your truth creates space for better to enter.

Always choose yourself and enjoy the ride.
